How do I get to and from HFC19?
Located on the Manchester Airport site, the Concorde Conference Centre is situated in an ideal area whether travelling by road, rail or air. Take a look at our venue info page for specific information.
Can I pay by Invoice?
If ordering for a group of 5 or more, we can accept payment by invoice. Please contact us before placing an order so we can process this manually. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your attendance until we have received confirmation that your payment has been received.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
There are a large number of hotels within and around Manchester Airport, details of each and booking links can be found on our Venue Information page. We are currently working towards partnering with a select number of hotels for preferential rates however May is a busy month so we recommend booking your accommodation early to get the best price!
I have a disability, can you help me?
Of course, we want to make HFC19 as inclusive as possible, having a disability will never be a barrier! Let us know what additional support you might need before placing your order so that we can make sure the necessary arrangements are made.
Is there a dress code?
HFC19 is an immersive learning experience; we’re not here to tell you what you can and cannot wear. What we can say to you, however, is that May is *usually* a warm month and would recommend dressing comfortably! Whether it’s full uniform or shorts and a t-shirt, that’s fine by us!
What is your refund policy?
We’re sorry to hear you’re no longer able to make HFC19. With regards to our refund policy, if you request a cancellation up to 6 weeks before the conference, then a full refund will be given. If you request a cancellation between 3 and 6 weeks, a partial refund of 50% will be processed. If you request a cancellation less than 3 weeks before the conference, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
However, in all cases, you will be able to transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost.

How do I claim CPD points?
We are partnering with a number of professional bodies which will provide CPD points for the event. Further details will be published soon, make sure you sign up to our mailing lists to be kept up to date. Attendance certificates will be sent within two weeks following the completion of the conference for your professional portfolios.
